Mixology Masterclass with Emily Hayes

Dive into the world of masterful mixology and learn how to make three classic cocktails using Papaiti Gin from no other than local bartending legend Emily Hayes. Emily is an award-winning mixologist and has been upping the game of Whanganui's leading cocktail establishments for years. They're the co-founder of the Foxhole, the popular local 'pop-up with a purpose' and a true master of their art. 

Here's what you'll get:

• A fun and entertaining insight into the world of bartending
• Learn how to make three classic gin cocktails and enjoy the one you like best
• A tasting of the full Papaiti Gin range
• A deep dive into the history of gin 

Duration: 1.5-2 hours

Location: Papaiti Gin Distillery, 454 SH 4, Upokongaro

Who: Max. 6 participants per class. 

Terms: Attendees must be over the age of 18. The Papaiti Gin team is here to ensure you and your guests re comfortable during your visit and are taking all of the necessary hygiene precautions.

Staff reserve the right to refuse entry if you are showing signs of illness. If you are feeling unwell, please stay home. Please wash your hands regularly and practice good hygiene.
No physical tickets will be shipped (your name will simply be added to our guest list) & we cannot offer refunds but you can reschedule your tickets up to 6 hours prior to the event. To do so email info@papaitigin.co.nz. For any changes within a 6 hours notice period, you will pay a fee of 50% of the ticket price per person.
