Papaiti Punch
|
- 30ml Whanganui Dry Gin
- 15-20ml Raspberry, Rhubarb & Rosehip Cordial
- top up with ice and soda water, stir
- garnish with a slice of lime and a couple of blueberries

Pear Smash
|
- 30ml Orchard Gin
- 15ml Pear Syrup
- top up with ice and soda water, stir
- garnish with a sprig of rosemary

Salty Dog

Potager Mule
|
- 30ml Potager Gin
- 15ml Lime Juice
- top up with ice and ginger beer, stir
- garnish with a couple of mint leaves

French 75
|
- 30ml Potager Gin
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- pour into shaker with ice and shake until your fingers start to feel frosty
- drain into fancy glass of your liking
- top up with bubbles and garnish with a lemon twist.
