Papaiti Punch

  • 30ml Whanganui Dry Gin
  • 15-20ml Raspberry, Rhubarb & Rosehip Cordial
  • top up with ice and soda water, stir
  • garnish with a slice of lime and a couple of blueberries

Pear Smash

  • 30ml Orchard Gin
  • 15ml Pear Syrup
  • top up with ice and soda water, stir
  • garnish with a sprig of rosemary

Salty Dog

Potager Mule

  • 30ml Potager Gin
  • 15ml Lime Juice
  • top up with ice and ginger beer, stir
  • garnish with a couple of mint leaves

French 75

  • 30ml Potager Gin
  • 15ml Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Sugar Syrup
  • pour into shaker with ice and shake until your fingers start to feel frosty
  • drain into fancy glass of your liking
  • top up with bubbles and garnish with a lemon twist.
