How to make an English Garden Gin Cocktail
Share
The English Garden is for slow afternoons — the kind where the air smells like apples, herbs and something just about to blossom. It’s a soft-spoken cocktail, but it knows how to leave an impression. Think of it as a memory in a glass — of garden paths, open windows, and the sweet quiet between conversations.
With our Orchard Gin as its base, this cocktail blends elderflower syrup, lemon juice, and cloudy apple juice, finished with a delicate curl of cucumber and a sprig of mint.
It’s where heritage meets ease — and where every sip hints at something familiar, yet just out of reach.
Ingredients:
- 30ml Orchard Gin
- 15ml Elderflower Syrup
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- 150ml Cloudy Apple Juice
- Cucumber curl & mint, to garnish.
- Ice cubes.
How to make it:
- Fill a glass of your choosing with ice.
- Add Orchard gin, elderflower syrup, and lemon juice.
- Add sprig of mint and squish it with a cocktail spoon.
- Stir gently to mix.
- Top up with cloudy apple juice.
- Garnish with a cucumber slice.
- Take it outside. Let the conversation meander.
Serve when:
- You're barefoot on the lawn.
- There's no rush to be anywhere.
- You want to remember what slow feels like.
