Boy, do we have news!
You know, launching a distillery from scratch can be a wee bit daunting. Over the past three months we’ve wrapped our heads around business plans, licences, consents, storage regulations, supply chain set ups, recipes, water supply, and SO much more.
We’ve read books, googled til our fingers bled, talked to people who had already done what we’re planning to do, liaised with the local council and the amazingly supporting folks at Whanganui & Partners - safe to say, it has been quite a journey.
This week we reached a major milestone: the bank approved our business loan and we can actually order our still and alllll the other stuff you need to make gin and bottle it up real nice for YOU!
