Woo Woo – A Garden Party Ghost Story

The Woo Woo sounds like a laugh, and that’s exactly the point. It's a cocktail for those who don’t take things too seriously — but still appreciate a well-crafted sip. Built on The Potager, our kitchen garden gin, it pairs botanicals like basil and rosehip with the sweetness of peach iced tea and the tart snap of cranberry.

It’s a little nostalgic. A little cheeky. And somehow, despite its soft pink hue, totally grounded. The lime slice garnish is your only warning: this one’s got a zingy twist.

This is the cocktail version of a story that starts “You’re not going to believe this, but—”

Ingredients

• 30ml Papaiti Potager Gin

• 15ml Fresh lime juice

• 15ml Peach iced tea syrup

• Cranberry juice to top

• Ice cubes

• Lime slice, to garnish

How to Make It

1. Fill a stemless wine glass with ice.

2. Add gin, lime juice, and peach syrup.

3. Stir to combine, then top with cranberry juice.

4. Garnish with a lime slice.

5. Laugh while making it — it tastes better that way.
