Papaiti Punch isn’t shy. It shows up bright, refreshing, and just a little bit bold — the kind of drink that sparks laughter and lingers on the tongue. Inspired by the contrast and charisma of The Whanganui Dry, this cocktail brings together crisp lime, sweet raspberry, gentle rosehip, and a whisper of rhubarb.
It’s a celebration in a glass, a summer gathering that starts with clinking glasses and ends with a few new stories to tell.
Simple, impactful, and unapologetically colourful — just the way Whanganui likes it.
